How to assign a ticket

Incident Assignment

This video will show how to assign an incident to be attended by a user.

To assign the user you must go to Control panel> Incidents. A screen will open with all the types of incidents created and the orange button on the right side of the edit button will be selected. 

There will be a list of the incidents raised and the status of each one of them, on the right side in the column "Assigned to" will indicate to the user that each case is being attended to. If the case does not have an assigned user, press the button "Assign" and a window will open with the users who can provide the care, select and press "Save".

If a user change is required, press the button twice "Rule out" and you can select a new user.
