How to automate the assignment of an incident
Automatic Incident Assignment
Within the tool is the possibility of avoiding assigning incidents manually to the user who must attend to them, this is achieved by automating this action and to do so, the following steps must be followed:
- The type of incident to be automated must be edited
- At the bottom of the editing screen you will find the section on "Auto allocation by segment"
- You must choose the segment and the user to whom the incidents that are generated will be assigned.
To finish, press the button "Update type of incident" located in the upper right.
