How to create a Visitation Plan

In this video we will show you how to create a visit plan. 

First, the visit points must be created which will serve as the entrance and start of the visit plan included the screen with action directed to visit plan, pFor this you have to go to Side Menu> Visiting Plan> Visiting Plans,Then it is pressed "Create Plan", the name is placed and voila. To edit it, press Edit and all the settings will open.

First, the date range is configured which will define the validity of the plan points, andThis can be by day, week, month or custom. Then a switch appears on how the points of the plan should be answered. These can be at the discretion of the user or can be in the order chosen by the administrator. In order to add the content for the plan, you can choose between a question engine and a visit, pLastly, users will be added who will be able to see the points that they will have to visit.

To add points to users, select the user and the points that can be added or removed will appear.

Note: It should be noted that the modules or visits used for a visit plan cannot be used for use with Offline.

Finally, press save to the configuration and that's it.When entering the Visits Plan screen, the user will be able to see their assigned points.
