How to respond to an issue

Response to Incidents

In order for a user to see the incidents that are being assigned, a screen must be created with the action of "Assigned incidents" and select the type of incident.

By opening this screen within the application, the user will be able to see the incidents that have been assigned and the information in the report. When an assigned incident is opened, at the bottom you must press the button "Go to the solution" where the user will place their comments or results on the generated report.
