Setting up activities for a visit

In this video we will show you how to configure the activities of a visit.

For starters, we will go to the section of Visits and once inside, the previously created visit is edited. As seen in the previous video, all visits have an entrance, activities and exit, andIn this case we will go to the activities section where we will focus on this section. When entering activities by default they come with priority "To select" which makes them "Non-Obligatory", de all actions for an activity that of "At least once" is what makes an activity mandatory. The others are made optional and depending on which one is chosen, it will be the one that will appear in the report.
