Incident Report Configuration

In this video we will show you how to configure an incident report.

The first thing you have to do is go to Side Menu> Dashboard. Later you have to go to the menu again lateral> incidents> Types of incidents. Select one that is already created and press edit, se will open the configuration and cAs you can see, a new section appears to configure the report, andThis has 2 switches, one to send the report to the Agent who solves the incident and another to the one who raised it. Keep in mind that this will be sent once the incident has been approved. If it has not been approved, this report will not be sent.
