Historical Report Configuration
In this video we will show you how to configure the Historical Report
The first thing you have to do is go to the side menu of your Control Panel> Dashboard. Once inside you have to go back to the side menu and press Report Central, once the configured reports screen is loaded, select New Report y In it is selected Historical Ratings and press continue, The settings will open andn it is selected the initial configuration of the mail such as the subject and the title of the mail, sfollowed by the number of columns that you want to show which will show the qualifications of the categories of the visit.
A key field of the visit entry is selected and if you wish you can select that only results from a specific segment are displayed. The emails to which it is going to be addressed and the type of operation are placed, it can be average or efficacy. Then the recurrence is configured, followed by the times that it will be repeated either by day, month or week and finally place when the report will start and when it will stop being sent.
At the end you have to press accept and wait for the report to arrive depending on the configuration that has been established.
